内镀蒸发镀膜机可以镀玻璃、陶瓷、塑胶等瓶状、罐状、球状的内壁。它是由真空室体、抽气系统、电控系统及蒸发等系统组成。多个被镀工件扣在装夹盘上，关上大门，快速抽气，在真空状态下，电阻加热蒸发金属膜料，蒸气凝结在工件内表面形成所需要的薄膜。
Inner plating evaporation coating machine can plate glass, ceramics, plastics and other bottle like, pot like, spherical inner wall. It is composed of vacuum chamber, pumping system, electric control system and evaporation system. A plurality of plated workpieces are buckled on the clamping plate, the door is closed, and the air is extracted quickly. In the vacuum state, the metal film material is evaporated by resistance heating, and the vapor condenses on the inner surface of the workpiece to form the required film.
真空蒸发镀膜(简称蒸镀)是在真空条件下,用蒸发器加热蒸发物质使之汽化,蒸发粒子流直接射向基片并在基片上沉积形成固态薄膜的技术。真空蒸发镀膜技术投备与工艺相对比较简单，既可沉积非常纯净的膜层,又可制备具有特定结构和性质的膜层等,是当今非常重要的镀膜技术。双开门设计便于产品装载，一边门在生产的同时，另一边门可以进行装卸工作。
Vacuum evaporation coating (evaporation) is a technology in which the evaporation material is heated by evaporator to vaporize under vacuum condition, and the evaporation particle stream shoots directly to the substrate and is deposited on the substrate to form a solid film. Vacuum evaporation coating technology is relatively simple in preparation and process. It can not only deposit very pure films, but also prepare films with specific structure and properties. It is a very important coating technology nowadays. The double door design is convenient for product loading, while one side door is in production, the other side door can be used for loading and unloading.

蒸发镀铝设备镀制铝膜光亮、细腻、镀膜速度快、效率高、操作简单、设备稳定.膜层牢固，色泽鲜亮，膜层不易受污染，可获得致密性高、纯度高、膜厚均匀的膜层。
Equipment Description:
Evaporation aluminum coating equipment has the advantages of bright, delicate, fast coating speed, high efficiency, simple operation and stable equipment. The film is firm, bright color and not easy to be polluted. It can obtain a film with high density, high purity and uniform film thickness.
技术参数：
一、 设备采用立式结构，真空室内腔尺寸F600X600（高）
二、工作室配备蒸发机构。三层平放玻璃杯。
三、 每次可镀口径为F30至F200mm的玻璃杯或玻璃球，例如口径为F50mm玻璃杯每次可镀约60只。
四、电控系统配备半自动/手动双控功能，配全自动测量真空仪表，采用全自动蒸发控制。
五、 配真空机组：
①K-500扩散泵 二台；
③2X-70滑阀泵一台；
④2X-4旋片泵二台。
六、 抽真空周期：空载从大气抽至5x10 ˉ²帕小于6分钟。
备注：真空室尺寸可按客户产品及特殊工艺要求订做
Technical parameters:
1、 The equipment adopts vertical structure, and the vacuum chamber size is f600x600 (high)
2、 The workshop is equipped with evaporation mechanism. Three layers of flat glass.
3、 Glass cups or glass balls with diameters of F30 to F200 mm can be plated each time. For example, about 60 glasses with diameters of F50 mm can be plated each time.
4、 The electric control system is equipped with semi-automatic / manual dual control function, with full-automatic vacuum measuring instrument and full-automatic evaporation control.
5、 Equipped with vacuum unit:
① Two K-500 diffusion pumps;
③ One 2x-70 slide valve pump;
④ Two 2X-4 rotary vane pumps.
6、 Vacuumizing cycle: no-load vacuumizing from atmosphere to 5x10 ˉ² Less than 6 minutes.
